The College of Information Technology (CIT) at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a faculty position in the Department of Computer and Network Engineering. We are seeking exceptional candidates with expertise in Computer Engineering, particularly those who can integrate Computer Engineering disciplines with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to drive the next generation of computing and communication technologies. The successful candidate will be expected to teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students, establish and lead a competitive research program in Communication, and Hardware with emphasis on AI-driven systems, autonomous systems, and intelligent hardware design. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to publish impactful research in leading journals and conferences, foster interdisciplinary collaborations, and contribute to the advancement of the college and the broader academic community through leadership, innovation, and service. Minimum Qualification
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Preferred Qualification
An established record of research publications in Q1 Computer Engineering related journals and top conferences.
