Job Title: Assistant Professor in Dentistry
Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Operative Dentistry, Endodontics, Prosthodontics, or a closely related field
Job Description:
- Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Adult Nursing, including areas such as Acute Care, Critical Care, and Medical-Surgical Nursing.
- Teach a variety of nursing courses while integrating evidence-based practice and clinical relevance into instruction.
- Evaluate and monitor individual student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic and clinical success.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in indexed, peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise student research projects and provide guidance in clinical training and practice.
- Contribute to curriculum development, course design, and continuous program improvement.
- Participate actively in program development and accreditation processes.
- Engage in academic advising, mentoring, and supporting students’ professional growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental, college, and university committees and initiatives.
- Maintain a professional, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Support the advancement of nursing education, research, and clinical excellence within the institution.
General Conditions:
- Proven track record of teaching excellence at the university level, with 3+ years of experience in university teaching.
- Research published in journals indexed in the Scopus database.
