Role Purpose

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate finance courses.

  • Contribute to curriculum development, particularly in sustainable & climate finance, banking, AI-driven financial analytics, and behavioral finance.

  • Conduct high-quality research aligned with international standards (FT and Chartered Association of Business Schools rankings).

  • Engage with the business and public policy communities to ensure research and teaching relevance.

  • Support online and blended learning initiatives.


Candidate Profile

  • Broad knowledge of finance and business studies.

  • Demonstrated research publication trajectory and capacity to build a substantial research portfolio.

  • Experience and ability to engage industry and public policy communities.

  • Strong teaching skills and ability to deliver innovative, impactful finance education.

  • Capacity to contribute to the strategic development of TBS programs.
