  • Degree: Ph.D. in Operations Management & Information Systems or related areas (completed or expected prior to employment)
  • Scholarly Record: Publications in top refereed journals appropriate for rank
  • Teaching: Demonstrated excellence and ability to engage students
  • Other: Willingness to actively participate in department, school, and broader communities
