Position Type: Academic Clinician Track, Assistant Professor
Appointment: Full-time, non-tenure
Teaching:
Educate medical students, neurology residents, neuro-oncology fellows, nurses, and advanced practice providers
Contribute to the academic mission with mentorship and supervision
Clinical:
Manage patients with primary and metastatic brain tumors and neurological complications of cancer
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Brain Tumor Program at the Abramson Cancer Center
Collaboration:
Joint faculty appointment with Department of Neurology (Neuro-Oncology Division) and Hematology-Oncology
Work with specialized nurses, pharmacists, and physician team
M.D. or equivalent
ABPN Board Certified in Neurology
UCNS certification or eligibility
Academic motivation and ability to work in a high-volume, medically complex, diverse patient population
