Ph.D. in Nursing (Specialization in Adult Nursing – Acute Care, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical Nursing)

Develop and deliver courses to students in the specified discipline areas of study.
Evaluate and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to improve and sustain student success.
Ability to teach a variety of specialized courses, and other courses related to Business Analytics specialization.
Engage in and conduct quality research, publishing in high-impact journals.
Support and contribute to curriculum development and course management in alignment with University and College standards.

Proven record of teaching excellence at the university level, with 3+ years of teaching experience.
Research publications in journals indexed in Scopus.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic, both orally and in writing.
Advanced proficiency in the use of educational technology (presentations, e-learning systems, reporting tools, etc.).
