Qualification: PhD in Nursing from a recognized and accredited university.
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses in theory, laboratory, and simulation settings according to the faculty member’s area of expertise.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in nursing education and student-centered learning.
Participate in curriculum development, course coordination, assessment, and continuous quality improvement activities.
Contribute to College and University committees and academic activities.
Develop and maintain an active program of scholarly research and contribute to high-quality research publications.
Supervise and advise nursing students and support their academic and professional development.
Participate in simulation, clinical education, and other experiential learning activities as required.
Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and program enhancement activities.
Undertake other academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Dean or relevant academic authority.
Appropriate academic and/or clinical experience in the relevant nursing specialty.
Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
Strong record of research and scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Experience with simulation-based education, clinical teaching, and contemporary educational technologies is preferred.
Familiarity with quality assurance and nursing program accreditation standards is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural academic environment.
