Conduct high-quality research in Value Theory, broadly including:
Normative Ethics, Applied Ethics, Meta-Ethics
Aesthetics, Philosophy of Art
Normative Epistemology
Social and Political Philosophy, Philosophy of Law
Additional teaching expertise in Non-Western Philosophy or Feminist Philosophy is strongly desirable
Teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students
Contribute to curriculum design and interdisciplinary teaching
Participate in departmental administration, governance, and quality assurance
Engage in academic leadership within the Department and School
Established or emerging research excellence in Value Theory
Ability to teach across a range of philosophical topics
Strong potential for continued scholarly contribution
Vision, enthusiasm, and commitment to both research and teaching excellence
Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
Willingness to deliver a presentation as part of the interview process
