Position Description

The Dean of the Faculty of Social Studies invites applications for the position of:

Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology

The position includes:

  • teaching in the field of Methodology (including statistics)
  • teaching in other courses in B.A. and M.A. psychology programmes in Czech and English
  • implementing research projects
  • supervision of B.A. and M.A. theses
  • involvement in all departmental activities

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Master’s degree in Psychology and a completed Ph.D. in Psychology
  • Ability to teach in both Czech and English
  • Experience in university teaching and grant projects
  • Experience in academic publishing
