The Yale School of Nursing invites applications for an open-rank clinical faculty position (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) in the Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program. We seek an outstanding clinician–educator with pediatric or lifespan expertise who is committed to excellence in teaching, clinical practice, and service.

Our faculty are nationally and internationally recognized for their scholarship in chronic health conditions, geriatrics, maternal and child health, sleep science, and global health. They collaborate extensively with colleagues across Yale University and with community and clinical partners to advance innovative models of care and education. Qualifications

The position requires:

  • An earned doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and previous teaching experience in a related program are preferred.
  • Clinical practice expertise.
  • Strong leadership.
  • Scholarly achievements.
  • Eligibility for licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in CT.
