Job Description
The Department of Radiology, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, at the UAE University, invites applicants for a full-time faculty position in any subspecialties in Diagnostic Radiology, at Assistant, Associate or Full professor rank. The candidate will be involved in undergraduate teaching and examination of medical students. As a consultant, the candidate is expected to provide inpatient, outpatient and on-call services in affiliated hospitals. Clinical and/or laboratory-based research with other CMHS faculty or with clinical colleagues in the affiliated teaching hospitals is encouraged along with International research collaboration. Other expected duties include active involvement in educational activities and participation in college administrative committees. The successful candidate should possess proven capability and skills in developing and maintaining research projects, funded either internally or externally, within their field of experience. The candidate should also have a track record of publishing their research in high-impact journals and be actively committed to contributing to the development and growth of the United Arab Emirates University.
Minimum Qualification
Applicants must hold a valid certificate in Radiology from the USA (ABR), Canada (Royal College Certification), or Europe and must have completed a fellowship training at an accredited program. Evidence of prior scholarship including publications in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals is a key requirement for the position.

Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Ability to participate in multidisciplinary teaching conferences as well as participate in educational and research activities Applicants should also have a track record in teaching including designing curricula, overseeing courses supervising student projects, etc In-depth understanding and expertise in radiology research, to enable the development of new knowledge and understanding within the field.
