SUTD’s HASS cluster invites applications for a tenure-track, open-rank faculty position in Digital Finance and AI.
Focus on digital finance research; experience with machine learning, AI, or related tools is preferred.
The position is interdisciplinary, linking Economics, Design, and AI.
Maintain a strong research profile, including publications and grant funding.
Contribute to interdisciplinary research initiatives, collaborating with colleagues in engineering, architecture, computer science, and design.
Lead the development and teaching of new undergraduate courses in Digital Finance for the interdisciplinary B.Sc. degree in Design, AI, and Economics.
Mentor doctoral and postgraduate students in Digital Finance or related fields.
Support industry and public-sector collaborations, if applicable.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent record of effective university-level teaching.
Strong research credentials in Digital Finance, preferably with AI or machine learning applications.
Potential to develop interdisciplinary research directions.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience collaborating with industry or public sector partners.
