£53348 to £63668 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

A vacancy for an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology (Senior Research Tutor) has arisen within the established programme team of the Trent Doctoral Training Programme in Clinical Psychology.

The Programme 

The Trent DClinPsy programme developed through a partnership of local NHS Trusts in Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire with the Universities of Nottingham and Lincoln. Following recent investment and expansion the programme has an intake of 24 trainees per year and is approved by the Health & Care Professions Council and accredited by the British Psychological Society.

The programme is based within the School of Medicine at University of Nottingham and the School of Psychology at University of Lincoln. The post is based at the University of Nottingham.

The Post

Once appointed, you will support the Co-Director (Academic and Research) in the organisation and delivery of the research components of the programme. You will lead on research and teaching activities; supervise and examine doctoral level research and shape the development of the curriculum to meet new HEE requirements.

You will have a senior position within the programme team, with responsibility for convening the thesis research module and shaping the research strategy of the programme.

This is a part time post, 15 hours per week. The post will be offered on a fixed term contract until 1st January 2024.
