Clinical Research Associate (in the grade of Research Assistant I) in the Clinical Trials Centre (Ref.: 502605) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ work experience in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.  Experience in clinical research is a definite advantage but not a must. Fresh graduates or applicants with less experience but with the passion to pursue a career in clinical research and good potential to learn and grow will also be considered. Applicants should be independent and detailed-minded, and have strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and communications skills.  They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua.

The appointee will coordinate clinical research projects and facilitate communication between clinical researchers and sponsoring companies or collaborators (e.g. pharmaceutical companies); support the planning, preparation and problem-solving for clinical research projects; and oversee compliance with research ethics and regulatory requirements.
