CNRS Research Associate Position at B3OA

The B3OA Laboratory, affiliated with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), INSERM, Université Paris Cité, and the École Nationale Vétérinaire d'Alfort (ENVA), invites applications for a Research Associate (Chargé de Recherche) position.

 

Profile Required:

  • Applicants must have completed a doctoral degree and possess at least two years of postdoctoral research experience.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong scientific output, having authored a minimum of two peer-reviewed publications during their doctoral studies and at least two additional publications during their postdoctoral tenure.

Research Environment: The successful candidate will integrate into a dynamic interdisciplinary team comprising orthopedic surgeons, dentists, veterinarians, biologists, biochemists, and engineers. The B3OA lab specializes in cutting-edge research in skeletal and intervertebral disc tissue engineering, supported by extensive national and international collaborations.

The laboratory is centrally located in Paris and provides state-of-the-art facilities for molecular and cellular biology, histological analysis, bio-imaging, and animal model studies. Researchers benefit from access to comprehensive core facilities managed by CNRS, INSERM, ENVA, and Université Paris Cité.

Selection Process: The selection of candidates will be conducted by a dedicated scientific committee composed of specialists in relevant research fields. Initially, applications will undergo a detailed evaluation based on scientific merit, the applicant's research achievements, and potential fit with B3OA’s research themes. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews, where the committee will assess their research capabilities, motivation, and the originality and quality of their proposed research plans.
