The Opportunities

Monash Business School is looking to appoint a number of outstanding academics, across a range of teaching areas and academic levels, who share a passion for research, teaching, and engagement. While the areas of expertise required for teaching needs do not necessarily need to be the same as the areas of research expertise for our academics, The Department of Marketing seeks to recruit academics with a capacity to contribute to our critical mass of research centres, emerging groups, and management education programs. We welcome applications from outstanding candidates in any field of management that relates to our teaching, and research efforts, and have current teaching needs at the academic levels and in the areas of teaching outlined below.

Academic Levels include:

  • Level B - Lecturer

  • Level C - Senior Lecturer

Areas of teaching include:

  • Management

  • Organisational Behaviour and Leadership

Our culture is one that welcomes all and embraces diversity. We are firm believers that our people are our most valuable asset, so we work to grow and diversify the skills and successes of our staff. We invite you to apply to join us as part of our dynamic learning programs and high-quality research environment. We support and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and people of all abilities, cultures, sexual orientation, and genders.
