The Department of Laborand Employment Relations at Rutgers University seeks to hire part-time lecturers who can teach a range of courses (i.e., Intro to Labor Studies; Occupational Safety and Health; Labor Law; History of Labor and Work in the U.S. 1880-1945; Organizational Behavior) in our undergraduate and graduate programs. Rutgers University is a leading research university that has a culturally-diverse student population of 68,942 students from all 50 states and more than 120 countries including 49,359 undergraduates and more than19,583 graduate students. Our department offers courses online, in person in New Brunswick, and in a select number of off-campus partnerships between Rutgers and Brookdale, Mercer and Raritan Valley Community Colleges.

Minimum Education and Experience
1. PhD, Law Degree, or Master’s degree related to our program (for instance, Labor & Employment Relations, Sociology, History, Business).
