Position Summary

The Law School seeks candidates in behavioral law & economics. Fellows will:

  • Teach one one-quarter graduate-level course during the academic year

  • Produce original scholarship

  • Contribute to the intellectual life of the Law School

The Law School encourages all plausible applicants and interprets behavioral law & economics broadly.


Qualifications

  • J.D. or equivalent graduate degree enabling high-quality legal scholarship

  • Demonstrated promise of distinguished legal scholarship and teaching

  • Expertise and research interest in behavioral law & economics

  • Ability to develop and teach a graduate-level seminar in this subject
