Position Overview

The Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University, invites applications for a part-time Instructor position. The role focuses on theoretical and practical teaching in psychosomatic physiotherapy within a clinical setting, alongside research and administrative contributions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct theoretical and practical teaching for study programs in non-medical fields

  • Prepare study materials and teaching aids

  • Participate in research and development, including publications and presentations

  • Contribute to the organization and administration of research and teaching activities


Required Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in physiotherapy or equivalent from abroad

  • Experience in psychosomatic physiotherapy

  • Doctoral studies commencement is an advantage

  • Teaching/pedagogical experience

  • Ability to perform independent professional and scientific work, including publications

  • Active participation in international conferences or seminars

  • English language proficiency and excellent Czech language skills (spoken and written)

  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and committed to continuous learning

  • Good civic and moral integrity

  • Employment relationship with the relevant hospital is required
