Clinical Instructor – Nursing

Qualification: Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, with a specialty in Adult Nursing Care, Critical Care, or Acute Care.

Job Description

  • Supervise and evaluate undergraduate nursing students during clinical training and practice.

  • Support the implementation of clinical learning outcomes and ensure effective application of theoretical knowledge in clinical settings.

  • Provide clinical teaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to support students’ academic and clinical development.

  • Monitor individual student progress and contribute to the assessment of students’ clinical competencies and performance.

  • Collaborate with clinical agencies and academic faculty to ensure effective coordination and delivery of clinical education.

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of clinical education, learning activities, and student assessment.

  • Support the implementation of evidence-based nursing practice and promote safe, effective, and professional patient care among students.

  • Participate in academic activities, meetings, and initiatives of the College and University as required.

  • Maintain a professional, inclusive, and student-centered clinical learning environment.

  • Support the advancement of nursing education and clinical excellence within the institution.

General Conditions

  • A proven record of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with 2–3 years of experience.

  • Teaching experience at the undergraduate level, with 2–3 years of experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to support and supervise undergraduate nursing students in clinical settings.

  • Strong communication, supervision, and clinical teaching skills.

  • Dedication to continued professional development.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic orally and in writing.

  • Advanced use of technology in the education process, including presentations, e-learning systems, reports, and other educational technologies.

  • Willingness to provide all necessary and required services to the University and College.

  • Eligibility to work in the UAE or ability to meet employment requirements.
