Position Overview
The Department of Pathology is an educational and research workplace providing teaching in theoretical and preclinical medical fields. The Instructor will participate in teaching, research, and administrative tasks, contributing to the department’s academic mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and practical teaching at the department.
- Prepare study and teaching materials.
- Participate in research and development activities, including publishing and presenting results.
- Contribute to organization and administration of research and pedagogical activities.
Required Qualifications
- Completed university education in the medical field (MD) or equivalent.
- Commenced specialization in pathology.
- Professional experience in pathology and teaching experience.
- Ability to conduct independent professional and research work, including publishing.
- Ability to actively participate in international conferences or professional seminars.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Czech (spoken and written).
- Active, initiative-driven, and willing to pursue further education.
- Moral integrity.
Note: Employment with the relevant hospital is required for inclusion in the position of assistant professor.
