Position Overview

  • Teach assigned online sections (up to 40 credit hours).
  • Conduct synchronous online meetings; prepare and deliver course materials.
  • Promote student engagement, monitor progress, respond to student messages.
  • Provide substitute coverage for other instructors when necessary.
  • Support course management, grading, proctoring reviews, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Assist with accreditation-related tasks for the ABA Online program.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
  • Prior university teaching experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in a related field.
  • History of research and publications.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and virtual communication technologies.

Responsibilities in Detail

  • Teaching & Student Engagement: Conduct scheduled online classes, maintain office hours, supervise mentoring, respond to discussion boards, and monitor progress.
  • Course Support: Assist lead instructors, grade assignments, review proctoring sessions, and provide substitute coverage as needed.
  • Program Support: Contribute to accreditation-related tasks and support broader program initiatives.
