Duties and responsibilities
  • Organising and conducting teaching activity in specialisation, including supervision of students’ work.
  • Development of teaching activity, including the development of teaching methodology.
  • Development and management of in-service training programmes in specialisation.
  • Implementation and management of research and development projects, publication of research work. 
  • Participation in development activities of the college and entrepreneurship education. 
  • Development of cooperation with enterprises and other target groups.
Required qualifications
Master's degree or an equivalent qualification.
Required experience
  • Experience in curricula development and teaching experience.
  • Experience of participation in research and/or development projects.
  • Knowledge of contemporary teaching aids, learning environments and methods of teaching as well as possibilities for their development.
  • Knowledge and experience of entrepreneurship education and/or innovative programmes.
  • Good communication and self-expression skills in the Estonian and English languages.
  • Entrepreneurial, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Required language skills
Estonian language proficiency at the advanced level. English language proficiency at the level necessary for teaching activity, professional communication, and research work. Russian language skills are an advantage.

Remuneration based on UT Salary Rules.
