Duties and responsibilities
- Teaching at the first two levels of higher education, using modern teaching methods and educational technology.
- In the case of adequate experience supervising students of the first and second level of higher education.
- Teaching development.
- Activities related to the administration and development of teaching.
- Professional development, incl. to enhance teaching and supervising skills.
- Participation in research, development and creative activities of the structural unit under the supervision of a professor or associate professor.
- Research in five years at least in the volume equivalent to that of 1/3 of a doctoral thesis (at the workload of 1,0).
- Development of skills necessary for research, development and creative activities, and professional development.
- Popularisation of the specialisation.
Required qualifications
Master's degree or an equivalent qualification.
Required experience
- Ability to teach at the first two levels of higher education.
- Knowledge of modern study aids, learning environments, learning methods and their development opportunities.
- Ability to participate in research, development and creative activities.
Required language skills
Excellent command of Estonian and good English skills are needed for communication in his/her field.
Salary
Remuneration based on UT Salary Rules.
