Full-time Lecturer for Automation Technology
40 hours full-time

Your tasks

Teaching with a focus on control technology, primarily in the English language full-time Bachelor's in Smart Automation

Build-up and management of the English language full-time Bachelor's in Smart Automation

Design, acquisition and fulfilment of R&D projects

Design, acquisition and accompaniment of project work, Bachelor's and Master's theses

External representation of the department and support for the heads of degree programme dealing with internal
and external stakeholders

Support for the further development and educational content of the department

Publication activity and lectures at expert symposia and conferences

Your profile

Graduate with diploma or master (technical university, university of applied sciences), preferably in the field of
automation technology, mechatronics, control technology; PhD desirable

Many years of relevant professional experience within and/or outside the higher education sector

Excellent communication skills

Teaching experience, ideally in the higher education sector

Conceptual and analytical thinking together with autonomous and goal-oriented style of working

Sense of responsibility, performance and practical orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting

Ability to work in a team, project management experience

Willingness to travel, very good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written

The monthly wage lies in the range of

€ 4,000 to € 5,000 before tax, according to qualifications and experience .
