The Rutgers Business School at Newark and New Brunswick is accepting applications for lecturers (formerly Part-Time Lecturers) and Coadjutants for the Spring 2026 term.
We seek qualified candidates to contribute to the University’s educational mission and the academic objectives of the Business School, combining theory with practical enterprise knowledge.

Instruct or co-instruct undergraduate and/or graduate courses (lecture, hybrid, or online)
Prepare course materials (syllabi, presentations, handouts, reading lists)
Advise and provide constructive feedback to students
Respond to student inquiries via email and office hours
Submit grades on time according to University policies
Adhere to University policies and regulations
Implement innovative teaching methodologies
Minimum Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in a related field or relevant industry experience required
Doctoral degrees preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to teach at undergraduate or graduate level
Prior teaching experience preferred
