Position Overview

The Economics Department seeks lecturers to teach or advise in areas including:

  • Corporate Finance

  • Asset Pricing

  • Industrial Organization

  • Applied Microeconomics

  • Macroeconomics

  • Econometrics

  • Behavioral Economics

Appointments are occasional and depend on curricular needs and student enrollment. Terms may be renewable based on department requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions and/or teach courses in assigned areas

  • Advise students as needed

  • Attend course lectures and meetings with instructors

  • Hold regular on-campus office hours

  • Grade student exams and assignments


Qualifications

Required:

  • Advanced degree in Economics or closely related field

Preferred:

  • Experience teaching or advising at the university level
