The University of Chicago Law School invites applications for part-time lecturer positions for the 2025–26 academic year. We are seeking excellent teachers and experienced practitioners to teach courses in a variety of law, law-practice, and law-related areas that enhance the Law School's curriculum.
Candidates are expected to propose a course or seminar and demonstrate expertise and experience directly relevant to the proposed course. Information on current curricular offerings is available here:

Applicants must have:
A graduate-level degree; J.D. or other terminal degree preferred
Relevant professional or law-related experience
Prior teaching experience with law students is strongly preferred
Ability to contribute diverse perspectives that enrich student experiences and the Law School's intellectual culture
