University College Cork (UCC) wishes to appoint two permanent whole-time academics to two vacant Lecturer in Law (Below the Bar) positions.
The School of Law is currently ranked 94th in the world (QS 2025 Subject Rankings).
Postholders will be expected to be research active, building on existing areas of research strength in the School.
Applications are welcome from academics working in any field of Law.
Recruitment will consider the fit between candidates and the teaching needs of the School.
Postholders will report to the Dean of the School of Law.

Appointment may be made on the Lecturer (Below the Bar) Salary Scale:
Scale B: €42,602 - €73,177
Scale A: €44,669 - €69,631
Salary placement on appointment will comply with public sector pay policy.
