The UC San Diego Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering is seeking temporary, non-tenure track, lecturer (Unit 18) positions to teach between one and three courses per quarter during the academic year. Position appointments may be for a period of up to two academic years. We seek applicants in all content areas and are particularly interested in applicants with the expertise to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in aerospace, controls, design, environmental, fluid mechanics, information storage, mechanics & materials, robotics, biomedical, biomaterial, medical devices, combustion, plasma and fusion, and renewables. The Jacobs School of Engineering and the Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at UC San Diego is committed to building an excellent, diverse and inclusive faculty, staff, and student body.
