The Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at UHN/Sinai Health seeks a Clinician Teacher with expertise in general endocrinology, with a special interest in thyroid oncology, for a permanent position.
Key Points:
Provide clinical care and teaching for trainees in Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine.
Eligible for full-time clinical academic appointment at Lecturer/Assistant Professor rank.
Effective start date: July 1, 2026, or mutually agreed date.
Work within a combined division of 27 full-time members, with active clinical and research programs across all UHN and SH sites.
MD and FRCPC qualifications (or equivalent specialist designation)
Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
Advanced training or experience in the specified clinical expertise
Record of accomplishment in clinical care and/or teaching
Desired Outcomes:
Develop and maintain an active teaching program
Develop and maintain an active clinical program
Estimated remuneration: $195,000 – $250,000 per year
Academic rank, salary, and contractual arrangements commensurate with experience and qualifications
