Description

The Department of Near Eastern Languages and Cultures at UCLA is seeking a part-time Lecturer to teach a course in Zionism during the Fall 2020 academic quarter. We are looking for someone with knowledge in the history of Zionism with a background in European, world, and Jewish histories including ideology origins, political, cultural and social foundations of State of Israel.

Applicants should have experience teaching at a university level, and have their PhD in Near Eastern Studies or related fields, in hand by July 2020.
