University College Cork (UCC) wishes to appoint an experienced academic to the role of Lecturer in Paediatrics & Child Health. Reporting to the Head of Department/School, the duties of all academic staff will include:

  • Research-led teaching, research, and contributions to the university, the discipline, and the community

  • Teaching and examining

  • Undertaking administrative duties

  • Carrying out other duties appropriate to the post under the general direction of the Head of the School/Department/Discipline of Paediatrics

Salary

Appointment may be made on the Lecturer Above the Bar Salary Scale (pro rata):

  • Scale B: €79,185 - €102,549

  • Scale A: €75,338 - €97,420

Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
