Duties and responsibilities
  • Lecturing and conducting seminars in the area of Informatics at all study levels in English.
  • Supervising research work of students.
  • Participating in the research activities of the Programming Languages research group.
  • Participation in the work of the university’s decision-making bodies is recommended.
  • Popularisation of the specialisation.
Required qualifications
PhD or an equivalent qualification.
Required experience
  • Candidate must have successful teaching experience in a higher education establishment at the Bachelor and/or Masters levels.
  • Internationally recognised professional research, the volume of which is equivalent to that of at least one doctoral thesis, is essential.
  • A track record of publications in highly reputable venues in the area of specialisation is desirable.
  • Experience in supervising students is also desirable.
Required language skills
Excellent command of English language is required. Estonian language is recommended but not required.

Starting at


Starting from 2200 euros (gross) per month, according to qualifications and work experience.
