POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Department of Wildlife, Fish and Conservation Biology offers a temporary Lecturer position in Marine Conservation Science

APPOINTMENT DATE:
Winter Quarter 2022: January 1, 2022 – March 31, 2022

RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach one upper division course in Marine Conservation Science: WFC 144

QUALIFICATIONS: Appropriate professional degree, e.g. doctorate or master’s degree (or 30 units of graduate coursework); demonstrated teaching ability; a developing record of scholarly or professional achievement in an area of expertise related to the subject area of the course.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Temporary lecturers are selected to fill specialized positions that require professional as well as academic expertise.

SALARY: Commensurate with experience and course load.

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

Appropriate professional degree (e.g. law degree), Ph.D., master’s degree, or bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience.
