Job Description

The College seeks a dynamic and research-active faculty member to join the Accounting discipline. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Accounting and related areas.

• Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

• Teach a variety of specialized Accounting courses and contribute to curriculum development.

• Engage in high-quality research and publish in reputable journals indexed in Scopus or equivalent databases.

• Support accreditation initiatives at local and international levels.

• Guide and mentor students to help them envision and prepare for their future careers locally, regionally, and internationally.

• Participate actively in college and university initiatives, projects, and community engagement activities.

• Maintain effective relationships with students that support their learning and development.

General Conditions / Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of university-level teaching experience with a proven record of teaching excellence.

• Demonstrated research output published in Scopus-indexed journals.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and curriculum innovation.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written).

• Advanced use of technology in teaching, including e-learning platforms and multimedia presentations.

• Willingness to actively contribute to the services and initiatives of the university and college.
