Ph.D. in Accounting
The College seeks a dynamic and research-active faculty member to join the Accounting discipline. Responsibilities include:
Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Accounting and related areas.
Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Teach a variety of specialized Accounting courses and contribute to curriculum development.
Engage in high-quality research and publish in reputable journals indexed in Scopus or equivalent databases.
Support accreditation initiatives at local and international levels.
Guide and mentor students to help them envision and prepare for their future careers locally, regionally, and internationally.
Participate actively in college and university initiatives, projects, and community engagement activities.
Maintain effective relationships with students that support their learning and development.
Minimum of 2 years of university-level teaching experience with a proven record of teaching excellence.
Demonstrated research output published in Scopus-indexed journals.
Commitment to continuous professional development and curriculum innovation.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written).
Advanced use of technology in teaching, including e-learning platforms and multimedia presentations.
Willingness to actively contribute to the services and initiatives of the university and college.
