Postdoc Position in Inborn Errors of Immunity

Our research group works on the genetic identification and molecular investigation of novel and known inborn errors of immunity. We collaborate closely with other research groups in KU Leuven and have an active international collaborative network (e.g. Human Genetics of Infectious Diseases Laboratory in Paris and New York, The Garvan Institute in Sydney, the NIH, …).



  • You are a motivated and dedicated MSc, MD or Ir, passionate about human immunology.
  • You have a background in biochemistry or experience in basic biochemistry techniques and/or experience with sc-RNA seq, NGS analysis, basic molecular immunology techniques.
  • You are hands-on and eager to develop new techniques in the lab.
  • You like a challenge. 
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You master English as a written and spoken language.
  • You are well organized and highly detail oriented.
  • You are able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • You are not shy to ask for help.
