Research Focus:
Genome regulation studies to support NHGRI-funded projects
Development of CRISPR technologies for multigenic epigenome editing
Computational analysis of sequencing datasets
Translational work: turning preliminary findings into manuscripts and datasets
Responsibilities:
Conduct analytical and experimental research
Develop new epigenome editing technologies and applications
Collaborate with faculty, postdocs, and students
Mentor graduate and undergraduate trainees
Minimum Requirements:
PhD or equivalent doctorate (e.g., Sc.D, M.D., D.V.M.)
Evidence of completion of degree requirements is acceptable if degree not yet conferred
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Expertise in genome regulation, CRISPR technologies, and computational genomics
