Postdoctoral Fellow in Chemistry

Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry (Ref.: 511689), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree or above in Biological or Chemical Science. They should have good research experience and publications in molecular and cellular biology.  Research experience in cancer biology, immunology, transcriptomics, proteomics and/or animal studies would be an advantage.  Applicants should be self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.  The appointee will conduct projects related to molecular target identification and mechanistic studies of novel anticancer compounds.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
