Your Tasks

As a doctoral fellow, you will:

  • Conduct research in the field of mechanics of materials
  • Collaborate with industrial partners involved in the research project
  • Publish research results in scientific journals
  • Present at international scientific conferences
  • Contribute to ongoing research projects (including composites-related research themes via project collaboration)

What We Are Looking For

  • Master’s degree (preferably) in:Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Materials Science
    • Civil Engineering
    • Computational Mechanics
    • Or equivalent field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with industry partners

What We Offer

  • Full-time doctoral fellowship (initial 12 months, extendable up to 48 months upon positive evaluation)
  • Start date: from 1 September 2026 onwards
  • Fellowship equivalent to 100% net salary of an AAP member (based on family situation and seniority)
  • Tax-free doctoral grant under applicable conditions
