About the Role

This role specifically is on the topic of methane emissions from liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier ships. About You

You will have (or be close to completing) a PhD in a related field such as chemical or environmental engineering. The role requires an understanding of environmental assessment, methane emissions, the natural gas supply chain and preferably an appreciation of cargo ship operations. Emissions modelling will be carried out using software such as Matlab, Python, STATA or R and an understanding of probabilistic methodologies is preferable.
