in the group of Prof. Dr. Anna Kulesza, commencing on 1 October 2023. We are offering a fixed-term full-time position for three years. The group is involved in the DFG-funded Research Training Group “Strong and weak interactions - from hadrons to dark matter” and maintains close links with other groups at the Institute for Theoretical Physics (Prof. J. Heitger, Prof. M. Klasen, Dr. K. Kovarik and Prof. K. Schmitz) as well as with experimental particle physics groups at the University of Münster.

Your tasks:

Tasks include participation in research activities of the group and contributing to teaching activities at the Institute.

Our expectations:

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in theoretical particle physics at the time of the appointment. Candidates with a scientific background in collider phenomenology (precision calculations in QCD, top physics, Higgs physics, physics beyond the Standard Model) are particularly encouraged to apply.
