Position Description

One or two Postdoctoral Research positions in biostatistical method development are available at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health with Dr. Molin Wang, Dr. Bernard Rosner and colleagues. This position involves methodological developments and applied work aimed at the analysis of epidemiological studies with measurement error and other complexities in clustered/longitudinal and survival data analysis settings. Applications to the prevention of chronic disease will motivate the statistical research.

Basic Qualifications

Qualifications are a PhD in statistics or biostatistics, strong programming skills, as well as good written communication skills. Prior course work in causal inference and/or experience with epidemiologic data preferred. Candidates whose doctoral dissertation focused on longitudinal/clustered data analysis, causal inference, survival data analysis and theoretical statistics will be preferred.
