Position: Postdoctoral Scholar

The California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology (Calit2) at The University of California at Irvine (UCI) invite applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar with annual salary ranging from $53,460 to $64,008 depending on applicant’s experience. A Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Physical Sciences from a major research university is required. Applicants should also have knowledge in the following area:

Solid State Device

Searching for scholars with knowledge in semiconductor device physics and/or solid state device characterization and modeling for their applications in electronic circuits. Device types will include field effect transistors, carbon nanotube transistor, and others. The candidate should have experience in device parameters measurement. Functional experience in semiconductor device fabrication and wafer level electronics packaging is a plus. Applicants with knowledge of RF and microwave measurement techniques would be fantastic.
