The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship within Imperial College Business School (London, UK) seeks applications for a full professor position in Management to begin in August 2022.

We are looking for an outstanding and inspiring thought leader in the area with very strong research credentials. We are interested in candidates who are full professors or senior associate professors at excellent research institutions with a proven record of intellectual leadership and a reputation of building research communities around them.  Preference will be given to the candidates with a focus on organisational behaviour (OB) and leadership domains but consideration will also be given to individuals in related areas at micro and meso-level. 

You will be a highly motivated researcher and is expected to contribute to the School’s strategy through their research, teaching graduate students and executive education programmes. In addition, you will also be expected to demonstrate excellence in engaging fellow scholars and the broader community to create tangible impact through their leadership and contributions to a vibrant research environment in the Business School.
