NUBS China seeks exceptional scholars to join its international faculty as Professor in Management, contributing to both research and teaching excellence. The successful candidate will:
Lead high-impact, internationally recognized research, individually and collaboratively, publishing in top-tier journals.
Act as principal investigator on major research projects, securing external funding and building partnerships.
Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate modules, supervising PhD students and supporting their academic and professional development.
Foster research networks, organise workshops, and enhance the School’s international profile and influence.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment, providing pastoral care and academic support to students.
PhD in Management or a closely related field.
Sustained record of publishing in leading international journals.
Proven track record in securing research funding.
Experience teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Demonstrated research leadership and impact within academic communities.
Proactive, resilient, and creative with internationally recognized contributions to management scholarship.
