Research Assistant in Psychiatry

Research Assistant II in the Department of Psychiatry, School Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 515080) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, social science, or health­related disciplines.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese), and good communication and interpersonal skills.  Research experience and/or a plan to pursue graduate research would be advantages.  The appointee will conduct psychiatric assessments with children, adult and elderly subjects, coordinate interventional programmes, and perform data entry and statistical analysis.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
