The Department of Psychology at the University of Chicago invites applications for a Research Assistant Professor in the area of Social Psychology. The primary activity of a Research Assistant Professor is academic research in association with faculty and students in the Psychology Department.
Applicants must have an established research agenda focused on culture, religious beliefs and intergroup attitudes and how globalization and other ecological threats impact individual’s belief systems. Applicants should have a demonstrated record of publication of empirical psychological research in top peer-reviewed journals that are central to the field of Social Psychology and also top general journals.
