Title: Research Assistant Professor, Program Director, Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Harborview Injury & Prevention Research Center
The University of Washington Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences in the School of Medicine is seeking candidates for one full-time, non-tenure eligible, faculty position available at the rank of Research Assistant Professor. Research Assistant Professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2022. Duties include serving as Program Director of Research Translation at the Harborview Injury Prevention & Research Center, and will focus on suicide prevention and health services research in our department. All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research, and service.
Candidates must hold a PhD or foreign equivalent in clinical psychology or a related field.
