Position Type: Academic Support Staff, Research Associate (full-time, fixed-term)
Appointment Duration: Initially 1 year, renewable up to 3 years depending on performance and funding


Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in cellular immunology, molecular biology, and animal models of cancer

  • Investigate the role of commensal microbiota in lung cancer

  • Assist with manuscript preparation for publication

  • Develop critical thinking and experimental skills in host-microbiota interactions and cancer immunology

  • Participate in career development and training opportunities


Qualifications

Required:

  • Ph.D. in relevant fields (e.g., immunology, molecular biology, cancer biology)

  • 3–5 years of postdoctoral experience

  • Expertise in cellular immunology, molecular biology, and animal cancer models

Preferred/Desirable:

  • Experience with host-microbiota interactions in cancer research
